Friendly and efficient.

The dealer staff were friendly and helpful and were able to demonstrate knowledge of the product. When I attended the dealership to collect the car a product Genius spent time with me setting the car up for me. The sales manager also said hello.

Salesperson (Issac Wood) was very knowledgable and helpful. Car was prepared for sale pick-up within one week, document completion was slick and car induction was thorough.

My car was received with the wrong colour of grill. Some minor things that could have been better - I did not receive a copy of the paperwork that I had signed, fuel tank was only 1/4 full and battery was not completely charged.

Felt let down by the service, after being told that bmw assist would organise a hire car , after waiting over an hour, and me having to phone back to be told that it is down to the garage to organise a hire car not BMW assist, ended up having to get.
