I just found the overall experience excellent. The sales man Isaac was first rate and the whole atmosphere was calm which made things easier to think and ask questions. It renewed my faith in car dealerships.

The dealer staff were friendly and helpful and were able to demonstrate knowledge of the product. When I attended the dealership to collect the car a product Genius spent time with me setting the car up for me. The sales manager also said hello.

Work was completed as part of a recall. Done on time and even got the car washed. Great! The annoying part was that as soon as I got home there was an email from the sales department trying to sell me a new car, less of the hard sell please.
