The service controllers are excellent (Ivan), but it is almost impossible to get through to speak to them on the phone, and so are left speaking to receptionists who can't help

If you're going to offer a complimentary wash, please wash the car properly. Large areas of the car were missed (very obvious on black) and this was clearly a rushed job. Don't offer to do something unless you're prepared to do it properly.

Car was picked up and delivered back. When booking in I advised the car has crystal coating and BMW agree to no complimentary car wash but it was washed anyway! Unable to examine it due to disability so hopefully no damage to the coating!

I drove my car 120 miles to have a warranty check carried out, was told I'd get a call confirming the result after a week to 10 days. After a month I called to chase it up, was told I'd get a call back later that day. One week later, still waiting !!

The vehicle ABS sensor was damaged during the service. Although it will be replaced free of charge, this requires an additional visit to the garage. Communications were also poor, probably because the staff had too many other commitments

I put my car in for a service and a minor door sensor repair and I got it back on Thursday. Parts couldn't get the part and then they ordered it for the wrong door. Pretty rubbish service to be honest. The advisor was good and kept me informed.

Front bumper removed to replace failed headlights. A known common problem. When reassembled front section was out of alignment with bonnet allowing water ingress into engine compartment. Photographs taken, I will remedy issue myself.

It took me 3 appointments to get the "Top Up Coolant" indicator fixed. I was assured that the problem was sorted at the first appointment. But the indicator remained, due to the misdiagnosis. The communication could also be better.
